Melissa Blynn is a somatic practitioner, a certified Psychedelic Facilitator, a feminine embodiment guide, and the visionary founder of EpicLuv. With over 15 years of experience supporting women in deep healing, Melissa guides women in reconnecting to their bodies through cyclical living, feminine wisdom, and somatic practices.
Melissa’s own journey into cyclical awareness began in 2018 and deepened profoundly in 2020 when she began mentorship with Anahata Ananda in Sedona, Arizona. There, she immersed herself in feminine archetypes—Maiden, Mother, Wild Woman, and Crone—and learned to live in alignment with the rhythms of her body and the moon. This path was further enriched through study with Kimberly Ann Johnson, whose work helped Melissa reclaim her inner Wild Woman and integrate sacred rage and boundaries as sources of empowerment.
In addition to Anahata and Kimberly Ann Johnson, Melissa’s understanding of cyclical alignment was shaped through somatic experiencing work, inspired by Peter Levine, and studies with the Red School, a global leader in menstruality education. These teachings have become the fabric of Melissa’s life and work, allowing her to guide women in honoring each unique phase of their cycle, whether they have a monthly bleed or not.
Melissa believes that cyclical living is a birthright and a profound source of power that has been forgotten and suppressed in modern society. Through her retreats, private coaching, and The Medicine Within course, she helps women move beyond viewing their cycles as a burden and instead embrace them as a source of wisdom, strength, and deep self-trust.
Melissa’s mission is to help women cultivate radical honesty with their bodies, reclaim their rhythms, and embody their full feminine essence, laying the foundation for a nourished and empowered life.
